Their staff demands extra money and doesn’t get the job done properly. If you launch a complain with their customer service they take no action. I had my AC-‘s general service done, they asked for 35% extra than the original charges, when I complained to their customer service they never responded. In the end the staff onsite told me that they are going to give me discount on the extra money they asked and didn’t return the remaink g amount. The higher management is either complacent or completely clueless about what’s going on in their company.
